Cucumber (cut into small pieces) | 1 |

Preparation
Cook the cut cucumber with salt , turmeric powder and chilly powder. Heat the pan and pour 2 tablespoons of oil. Crackle mustard seeds and add dried red chilies and shallots. Now add fenugreek seeds, chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies and saute for some time.Cook ground coconut in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Put cooked cucumber and beat curd to the pan. Add salt and stir for 3 -4 minutes. Do not allow the curd to split it will spoil the taste of the curry. Don’t forget curry leaves.
Cucumber curd curry goes great with rice. Add a fish fry to the menu and all is set for a great meal.
