Method of Preparation
Cook cleaned prawns in 4 tablespoon of water with cocum, turmeric powder and chilly powder. Do not over cook prawns - cooking for 6-7 minutes must be sufficient.Heat the tava and pour 3 tablespoon of oil. Crackle half a tablespoon of Mustard seed and then add red onion and salt. Once onion is cooked properly, add chopped green chilly and ginger garlic paste. Saute and then add cut tomatoes and wait till it is mashed.
Now add garam masala powder and cooked prawns. If u need more gravy, add half cup of coconut milk. At the final stage, adding curry leaf can increase the flavour. To make it spicy, add pepper powder as required.
