What you need ?
| Bean Sprouts | 1 lb |
| Onion | Half (cut into small pieces) |
| Green chillies | 2 - 3 |
| Jeera | Half teaspoon |
| Garlic | 1 piece |
| Turmeric powder | Half teaspoon |
| Pepper powder | Optional |
| Shredded coconut | 4-5 teaspoon |
| Mustard | Half teaspoon |
| Curry Leaf | As required |
| Dried Red chilly | 2 |
| Salt | As required |
| Oil | 2 teaspoon |
Preparation
- Cut Bean sprouts into small pieces.
- Cut onion, chillies to required size.
- Lightly crush cut-onion, jeera and garlic together.
- Add 2 teaspoon oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds.
- When mustard seeds crackle, add dried Red chilies and curry leaves.
- Then add crushed onion, jeera and garlic and saute for a while.
- Add beans sprouts into it and stir well with salt and turmeric.
- Cook for five minutes in a medium flame.
- At the final stage add grated coconut and if required add pepper powder according to your taste.
